These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the rcc7 platform and all services connected to it. "Platform" refers to the rcc7 website, mobile application, and all related digital services. "Member" refers to any person who has registered on rcc7 or is using its services.

"Services" refers to the online casino games, sports betting, live casino, and other entertainment activities provided by rcc7. "Bonus" refers to promotional offers, special rewards, or cash incentives given by rcc7 — each of which carries its own terms and wagering requirements.

These terms are also available in English, but the Bengali version is the effective primary document for rcc7's Bangladeshi users.

To open an account and use rcc7's services, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each member may create only one account. If multiple accounts are created, they will be cancelled and rcc7 reserves the right to hold any balance in those accounts.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date.
• rcc7 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification (KYC) when necessary.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Password and Security

The member is fully responsible for keeping their account secure. Your password should never be shared with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately on the rcc7 Login page and notify support.

rcc7 currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. The same methods can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300.
• Deposits must always be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than gaming or betting.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

rcc7 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer has its own terms — the specific terms of each offer must be followed in addition to the general bonus terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To make the bonus withdrawable, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: deposit ৳1,000, receive ৳1,000 bonus, total balance ৳2,000; to withdraw winnings from this bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never treated as direct cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless each offer's terms explicitly allow it.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• rcc7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If a member attempts to withdraw without meeting the bonus terms, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.

4.3 Other Promotions

rcc7 offers a weekly deposit bonus (up to 30%, maximum ৳8,000), a cricket deposit reward (up to 50%, maximum ৳10,000), a Friday reload bonus (up to 25%, maximum ৳5,000), a birthday gift, and a refer-a-friend bonus — each with its own wagering and eligibility requirements. All games and sports betting services on rcc7 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Members should familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before starting.

5.1 Sports Betting

• Betting odds are variable and may change before an event begins.
• No changes can be made after a bet is placed, though a bet cancellation option may be available under specific conditions.
• If an event is suspended or cancelled, bets will be settled according to rcc7's established rules.
• The same rules apply to all sports events, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) and football.

5.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all slots, live casino, and other games is determined by a neutral RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer system.
• If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, it will be corrected according to the accurate server record.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result of the incomplete round will be recovered from the server.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets is prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is considered fraud.
• Coordinating with other members to manipulate games is strictly prohibited.
• Any of the above violations may result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

rcc7's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Cashback is provided at each tier based on weekly net losses.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

rcc7 believes that gambling or betting is for entertainment only — it should never be treated as a source of income. All members on the platform are required to follow the responsible gaming policy.

7.1 Self-Restriction Tools

• Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion can be requested.

7.2 Minor Protection

8.1 Data Security

• All data is secured through SSL encryption.
• Payment-related information is never stored on rcc7's servers — it is processed directly through the payment gateway.
• Data is not sold or transferred to third parties.

rcc7 may temporarily or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

1. Violation of any provision of these terms.
2. Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive activity.
3. Misuse of the bonus system or payment methods.
4. Extended inactivity on the account.
5. At the member's own request to close the account.

Before an account is closed, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimately earned balance (subject to terms being met), though this does not apply in cases of fraud.

rcc7 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, third-party software issues, or any unavoidable circumstances. rcc7 is not obligated to compensate a member for losses resulting from bets they placed of their own free will.

rcc7 makes no guarantee of any potential winnings from games or betting. All gaming activities carry financial risk, and the member is considered to have knowingly accepted this risk.

If a disagreement arises between a member and rcc7, the first step is to attempt a direct resolution with the support team. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bengali and English via live chat and email.

11.1 Complaints Process

1. Report an immediate issue through live chat.
2. For complex matters, write to us in detail by email — we aim to respond within 48 hours.
3. Attach screenshots or a transaction ID as evidence of the issue.

rcc7 reviews all complaints impartially and works to resolve them in the member's favour where possible.

rcc7 reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means the member has accepted the new terms.

For significant changes, rcc7 will try to inform members through their registered contact details. However, this is not an obligation of rcc7, so members are advised to review the terms regularly at their own initiative.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
